At Trimgo Inc, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your clothing items, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, swimwear) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will process it as a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized or special-order clothing is non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the item back to us in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
